My XRay tech San was professional and informative, and just an amazing ambassador for this profession, if not for humanity. I know that may sound silly, but it's not every day you meet a cheerful, helpful, professional and courteous person all rolled into one. Thanks, San!!
My next encounter was with Dr. Keller, who patiently examined my gums and teeth, calling out numbers to her assistant. Dr. Keller easily guided me through her process, what the numbers indicated, and what steps would be necessary for me in the future. I felt completely at ease with the process and loved that I was encouraged to look at their computer monitor while Dr. Keller guided me from tooth to tooth, gum to gum while indicating what steps she would like to take.
My next encounter was with Madison, my dental hygienist. She expertly navigated around my teeth, entertaining me with her adventures as a new mother. And a first: I was offered a fluoride treatment, where Madison lightly applied a fluoride coat over my teeth. She made sure to remind me not to eat or drink for a while.
My last encounter was with one of the young women at the desk, who helped me with writing down the names of my dental team, but I forgot to ask for her name, too (you know who you are 😀 ). She entered in my information and helped me pick out a time for my next visit, and couldn't have been any more happier to be of assistance in providing me her own brand of professional courtesy and wisdom.
I felt like I just visited a day spa!!!
